Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Vacations in the Hills

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards just 5 minutes from Collodi, 10 minutes by car from the center of Pescia, 8 minutes to the Supermarket, 7 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes by car from the center of Lucca and 40 minutes from Florence or Pisa. The apartment is divided into two levels, lower area with kitchen and open space living room, large closet and bathroom; the upper area includes the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Parking for up to 2 cars.

Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

L'Orto dei Bruchi: Thyme

Il Timo is in the countryside with spectacular views. You will like it for these reasons: the view, the location, the atmosphere, the people and the outdoor spaces. It's suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. Garden to enjoy the quiet and the view.

“La Dogana” (your house in Collodi in Tuscany)

Pretty detached residence forming part of a larger cottage surrounded by a fenced green space. The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. Just before your arrival we offer a private guide with the best restaurants and the most beautiful places in the area to visit.

Fiordaliso è immerso tra uliveti e vigneti, con terrazza affacciata sul paesaggio delle colline lucchesi. Ideale per chi cerca relax e natura, lontano dai rumori della città. Disposto su due piani: al piano terra ampio open space con soggiorno ( climatizzato A/C ), zona pranzo e cucina; al primo piano bagno e due camere confortevoli entrambe climatizzate A/C. La terrazza panoramica, con vista mozzafiato, all’ingresso è attrezzata per vivere al meglio gli spazi all’aperto.

A lovely 1.5 km drive through olive groves brings you to the private, gated entrance. The Apartment Casa Lucchese is on the ground floor, with the left-hand entrance featuring a rectangular lintel facing the garden. It is part of a six units farmhouse called 'Il Borghetto' (formerly a rural, rustic farmhouse from the 14th century) in the hills below the village of San Gennaro near Lucca. The apartment is a tasteful blend of rustic, contemporary and antique furnishings.

A short distance away, you can reach Pisa with its famous Tower, Florence, the capital of art, and Lucca, with its ancient walls. In addition, the area is close to the renowned Versilia, with its sandy beaches and fashionable resorts such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, famous for their elegant lifestyle, luxury shops and lively nightlife.
