It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

If you are a family coming to play and want to experience the life of the average person in Dubai and you have a rental car then this is a good choice for you.The doorway to the house is a children's park and pool.There is a gas station in the community, Carrefour supermarket, pizza hut and grabbing restaurant.Except every time you go out to downtown you need to drive about 30 minutes, there are few drawbacks here.You can even have a BBQ party right at home if you want.Whether traveling for work or as a family, I would highly recommend here.The environment is quiet, clean and convenient to live in.

We stayed at Amir's apartment for 13 days; the place was as per the description. It was very neat and clean and looked like a new apartment. The location was slightly outside the city, but the food options were adequate. We did notice some debris on the balcony & once there was a power shortage but Amir and his team immediately sorted it. Overall very good experience and I would recommend this place.

Stayed here for 6 months. The host was excellent, occasionally I needed a bit of support and they always responded very quickly and got things sorted. Nice apartment as per the pictures, it’s perfect for both a short and long term stay. The building itself is very nice, staff are always kind and the pool and garden area is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen in Dubai (despite it being an older building)! The area is good, and is an excellent location, the traffic is low and you can get to most areas of Dubai within 30mins.
