Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Alachua County

I shudder to leave such a positive review because I want to be able to come back and not have it booked out! We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed studio apartment in downtown Fort White. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we walked in, with special touches like coffee, teas, and popcorn provided. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area and relaxing after a day of diving at the springs. The reasonable pricing was an added bonus. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the special little porch out front. We will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Mike and June

Love this place. It was cozy clean and comfortable. Love that it had a lounge area in the first floor with easy access to the swimming pool. Everything there was clean and peaceful as well. Family friendly was a plus! Definitely will go again and recommend!

I have stayed with Jennifer several times now, but this is the first time I have stayed in the upstairs unit – it was great and like the others, “drove like a Ferrari.” Easy in and easy out, this is yet another spacious unit with ceilings too tall to measure, beautifully polished rustic hardwood floors, modern kitchen and bath and for me, best of all, bristling with light. You can enjoy the sunset sitting at the kitchen dinette table or the sunrise rising through the trees in the spacious backyard. The location is ideal. Far enough from the UF campus not to be bother (Edge of campus is only a few minutes’ walk away), but yet close enough to enjoy events there (Edge of campus is only a few minutes’ walk away) and moreover I am coming to see accessible it is to Gainesville’s other attractions. For me, there is nothing I would add or subtract from this place – and more and more it has the feeling of home. A special shout out to the host for accommodating my last-minute travel plans.

Great apartment - tall ceilings, large windows, full of light. But there are dark shades in the bedroom- so you can sleep in. Everything was very functional and easy to navigate. The living room and kitchen are on a smaller side - but its plenty for one or two people. Gorgeous view of moss covered trees from all the windows, yet it felt very private. No noise from the outside besides birds singing. Very clean too - we could walk barefoot inside and not feel iffy. The floors actually felt washed, not just vacuumed, as in many other AirB&Bs. All in all, a great alternative to a hotel!

We always love staying at this apartment. Roomy for 2, comfy, and in a great Duck Pond location. Close to downtown, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Beautiful place! So comfortable, clean, and filled with amenities. Close to downtown and quick drive to campus. Easy part of town to drive in and out of and also to wall around in.

This home was beautiful. Exactly as portrayed in photos and description. Very close to The University of Florida. Would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our group.

We so enjoyed our stay at Elliot and Amber's place! It was super clean and well-appointed. Quality furniture and other touches. They were always quick with their responses and we felt welcomed and at home. This is a gem of a place to stay when needing accommodations in Gainesville.

Spacious house. Host very kind provided a cake to my daughter that was graduating, coffee pods, etc… kitchen well appointed what helped tremendously to cook meals for the entire family. House close to supermarket and take out restaurants. Morning visits by the deers were a pleasant surprise. Strongly recommend the place

My family and I were traveling on the road and needed a place to crash and regroup for a night, this stay was perfect. The house was easy to find, Elliot and Amber gave clear instructions and even provided the google maps link for the house. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The house was perfect, there were more than enough beds for my family to sleep comfortably, there were literally extra bedding in each closet. The house was very organized. Everything was labeled. I mean EVERYTHING! Every light switch, every drawer, every cabinet. The only con (which isn’t really a con because it was accommodated) would be the fact that there are upstairs neighbors and you can hear literally every step they make. HOWEVER, Amber and Elliot provided ear plugs and even a sleep sound device in every room. The neighbors weren’t too unruly so we didn’t need them. But that was a VERY thoughtful accommodation. If I ever find myself in Gainesville again, I’d definitely rebook.

Top location in High Springs! I was for diving here and the place was super close to Downtown High Springs where you find some excellent restaurants. Highly recommended

Giri's place was such a comfortable, pleasant home base for our trip. We spent lots of time in the living room and backyard - it's really nice to stay at a place where you actually want to hang out! The beds were comfy, the house felt safe, and it was truly a beautiful place to pretend to live for a few days ;) We would absolutely stay again!

Christopher is a great host. the room is clean and quiet. Definitely would visit again.
