Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Alajuela Province

Karla is a wonderful host. She greeted us at her home and took us to our rental. She gave us a tour of the home and even left us fresh fruit & Coca-Colas. The home is beautiful but the backyard is the most magical part. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful seating area to hang out in. And the view of the river? Wow! Absolutely beautiful. My husband loved being able to walk down to the river to bird watch and my personal favorite was the tiny little frogs. It is an oasis! We had a very minor problem with some tiny ants, but Karla was quick to provide a solution. She is kind, responsive & all around the perfect host! She has also gone above & beyond to ensure that you feel safe with so many different safety measures. And I can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy! We all slept like babies! We love Karla and you will too!

Wonderful host, very friendly and considerate, we had everything we could possibly need in the house. 25min walk to the town, short drive to activities. Quiet street. We had a great rest. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time. The place is a short drive from La fortuna falls and walkable distance from the river. About 25mins drive to get to Arenal. Easy to find and has parking right out the door. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Camilo was also very kind and gave us great local recommendations and helped us plan to make most of our time. Would definitely recommend.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever because of how great these hosts are… want an authentic stay with genuinely kind Costa Rican people and this is it! The place is as described, my family with young kids had lots of room to stretch out, but to run around their property and talk to the hosts and learn about Costa Rican culture, things to do, history, environment, food, politics, construction, economy,… with such warm people is priceless. My kids played chess with them, hunted down frogs, ran around with their dogs, talked to other visitors, and they even have a baby sloth growing up in their trees… pretty cool.

Close to fortuna, but a quiet oasis to sleep without the city sound. Beautiful spot, accessible for folks with mobility issues, and fantastic outdoor seating areas to enjoy your morning coffee. Amazing host, and we will definitely be staying there again.

Yorleny’s house was just like she described it, and she is a great communicator. We had a terrific time in La Fortuna.

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view, comfy bed, great shower. Everything was very clean, nice to have laundry service available. Check in was easy, they were even able to get us in early. Very secure area. Loved being across from Mistico Parque - we got up early and walked the trails before the tour buses got there. Breakfast was so good the first day, delicious and wonderful service. Second not so much but maybe because it was Saturday. Wonderful stay all around!

The accommodation was amazing. There is a very large window in front of the bedroom and in the morning we could see different birds, some endemic to Costa Rica. This was the attraction we loved the most. As for the place, it is very comfortable, very nice and is a very quiet area.

Room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Nivoya peninsula in the distance, breathtaking! The balcony and bedroom are spacious and well maintained! The beds are cozy! The common room, well equipped, is welcoming and a harmonious and spiritual atmosphere is present! High-end, well-maintained hot pool and bath! In monteverde, the hot bath was served, against all expectations one evening at 15 degree Celcius!

Excellent option for vacationing, safe, comfortable and very close to beaches, super markets and restaurants. Highly recommended!!
