The historic House was built in 1870, in the most picturesque place of Tsihisjiri, next to the Castello Mare complex. The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. A maximum of 8 guests can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. In the first bedroom there is a double bed + a single bed, in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa + an armchair bed. I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.

Bacho, thank you so much for your hospitality and attention! The apartment is located in the very center of Kobuleti and three minutes from the beach. If you are alone or in a couple, this is a great option for a vacation not in a room at a hotel, but in a cozy apartment with everything you need. Shops, cafes, beach - all nearby. But most importantly - caring hosts)) I was completely satisfied and now I know who to write to when I am in Kobuleti again. Thank you again!
