This studio has a transparent bathroom with modern bathtub, king size bed, Chesterfield sofa and etc. The space fits 2 & is centrally located on a historic pedestrian street. High speed WIFI Internet & IPTV (intl. Channels) is provided free of charge. The apartment is also well located for transport: Metro Marjanishvili & bus stations are walk distance and takes you anywhere in Tbilisi in a short time.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town
The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The saparate fully isolated apartment is located in a fundamental Stalin-era building close to the Dry Bridge, with an elevator and courtyard in the historical district of the capital of Georgia Tbilisi. 1 minute to the pedestrian street like Old Arbat, 6 minutes on foot to the presidential palace. The designer and the artist created the interior taking into account the reef of the best hotels, able to convey the atmosphere of the Moorish Renaissance with elements of the East and eclecticism.

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.
