The property is immaculate and perfectly designed for families, offering both comfort and space. Located in a serene area, it was a peaceful retreat yet close to local attractions. Joe's thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces, made our stay delightful. He was an amazing host, attentive and quick to offer excellent local tips. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for quality family time. We left with wonderful memories and are eager to return. This is cozy very comfortable place. The house was very clean and well set up. It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

This location was perfect for visiting the Sand Dunes! We were able to easily get into the park every morning with no delay because we were literally right down the road. The surrounding area was very private and felt safe. I was able to relax and feel secure at night. Host was very communicative/available. I would stay again if we decided to revisit the park down the line! Thanks for the good stay.

We feel so lucky to have found this house for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The drive to the park is 12 minutes and you can see the dunes and the mountains from the house. The house itself is huge and the hosts thought of literally everything as far as house instructions, amenities, and comfy touches. It really felt like we had our own little slice of the world. Our stay at Theresa and Amy's cottage was truly unforgettable! Tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot with absolutely spectacular mountain views, it was the perfect retreat for our family of 6. While the cottage has a cozy size, the space was incredibly functional and well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was immaculately clean and full of charming personal touches-- from the s'more fixings and farm fresh eggs, to the cozy soft blankets, ambient fairy lights in bottles, and even a telescope for star gazing. We spent our evenings on the deck and around the fire pit, soaking in the tranquility and stars. Amy was a gracious and welcoming host, meeting us in person to show us around and make us feel right at home. You can tell the love and care poured into every detail of the home. If you are looking for a peaceful escape with heartwarming hospitality and breathtaking views, this is a wonderful place. We can't wait to come back!

For the price you can't beat this place. If you are in a group this place will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Place is a little dated but clean. Bedding was new and clean. Offers a grill and hot tub which was a plus.

This is a great cabin right in town. Walking or a short drive for food, while very quiet in the evening. The kitchen was very thoughtfully prepared, including coffee and a grinder, selection of teas and a very nice knife set (among many other things). Although simple, everything was clean and I had everything I needed for a stay. I certainly will return if I'm in the area again!

We loved our stay! Huge hot tub, grill, plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. We had 2 families, (4 adults, 5 kids) 2 cabins. plenty of cooking items and utensils! : Bring your hairdryer if you need, and blanket cover the windows if you are sensitive to sleeping with parking area light on.

It was a quick stay and my first time to South Fork. The cabin was cozy and warm. Gave the feels of a little mountain cabin while being right in town. I would definitely stay again.

We love south fork, we walked everywhere. Everyone was very friendly. The cabin is beautiful the kitchen is my favorite place to be. So of course I spent most of my time in there cooking. It had everything we needed. We also shopped locally at the rainbow grocery store. It was very good. We are planning our next trip to south fork. I give this cabin 10 stars!!

Quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful surroundings! Great place to stay if you are looking to visit the Sand Dunes. Friendly dogs who greet you each morning on your way out and love petting. Wonderful hosts! Private cozy space with all the basic amenities. Would stay again!

The cabin felt like home. It had all the amenities that we needed, perfect location, peaceful, and my family had a wonderful time. I definitely would recommend this cabin for family.

Christina & Bill's place was a great getaway for my wife, dog, and I! Great peaceful basecamp for checking out Crestone, the Sangre de Cristos and Sand Dunes. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
