“Mark’s place was great! Everything was exactly as described. The informational packet that he provides was very helpful not only for his place but for getting around and the do’s and dont’s in vail. Mark was very quick to respond each time we messaged him. The close proximity to the bus path made getting over to vail village super easy. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get to vail without breaking the bank by staying in the village!”

“Upon arrival a slab of ice fell off the roof, landed on me, and I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Not the owners fault, and check in prior to that went smooth. Good location, bad at clearing snow and ice off the roof.”

“Cute, cozy little condo in the East village of Vail. Our trip was impacted by COVID-19 so we did not get to take advantage of any of the amenities like we thought but first impression wise we were pleased. The condo is dated (as shown in the pics) but it was well maintained and very clean. The on-site parking was convenient but expensive. Also, we walked to the main Vail village in about 15 minutes; there were also a bunch of shops and restaurants right below the condo so you actually didn’t have to leave. We also saw how close it was to the gondola so that was a pleasant surprise although we didn’t actually get to ski like we had hoped. Overall, it was conveniently located for a great price. Would recommend in the future, maybe one day we will return to try a Vail visit once again.”
