Holden House, The Flower Room

Our home, built in 1911 for a dairy farm, is peaceful and quiet: rural neighborhood, very nice yard and patio, great night sky views. Three cats and numerous free range chickens live here also. National Wildlife Refuge is in walking distance; nice foot and car tours. 5 minutes to Alamosa, 7 minutes to Adams State University and the airport, 30 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes. Brand new queen sized bed!

The Bunkroom@Offgrid Wild Oasis

Please note: the bunkroom was designed as an add-on CHILDREN'S room. While it can be booked as a standalone space, you will be limited to 3 people max(in consideration of other guests) unless it is booked in conjunction with another room in the house! children only (under 150#) on the twin beds. full sized bed has a 400# weight limit, and is probably not sturdy enough for adult activities.
