Holiday rentals with beach access in Alanya

Anton is a responsive and cordial person. He checked in my parents at night before my arrival (it was an early check-in in the middle of the night, and Anton was in touch and helped to navigate and not panic:)). All communication was polite and respectful, despite my sometimes silly questions. I sent detailed instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He maintained the comfort of our stay throughout the entire time of our presence and beyond. The accommodation itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is the necessary infrastructure nearby, it is easy to get to Alanya by bus. In general, I can confidently recommend this place to guests!

The house is very spacious and clean, and there is access to many beaches in 5 minutes by car. There is a laundry and dishwasher dryer at home and they have provided everything up to detergents. The towels were brand new, the sheets were clean, we were very pleased

Lived for 2 months in September and Oct. great location near the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The apartment is big and spacious. The street is quite quiet, although the kitchen and hall overlook the road. Dishes are huge!The only balcony is low and you need to get used to it (with small children with caution). Neighbors are noisy. The lights from the air conditioners do not turn off so I had to seal with black tape, although the curtains were black out,but they were not until Paul so the light still broke into the room early. There is not enough light in the hall ( you need a bigger chandelier), it's dim in the evening. The hostess is very communicative and pleasant. Check-in through a code lock is quick and cool!

It was a perfect accommodation experience in every way. The location of the hotel is very nice. It is only 10 minutes away from the center of the location and the sea. It is in a safe location. The apartment is newly built, everything is sparkling, the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi are very nice. The room is clean. but especially the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a market right across the facility. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel like Hilton or Rixos. Thank you for the contemporary gentleman feature. they were helpful with everything. They are very sensitive about their guests. This is my first AirBnb experience and it was very nice. They dropped me off at the bazaar center by car. We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I will definitely come again.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

We settled in smoothly. Host was accommodating. Although it was a little far from the city center, the view and calmness of the house were spectacular. We like everything. We'd love to stay again.

A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very neat and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

My family and I have stayed for two days where the place is very clean and quiet and the host was great and very helpful

Thanks to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip given our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a week in paradise we have no complaints

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

We were in Alanya visiting a friend so only really used the apartment for the basics. It was the perfect location for us, 2 minute walk from the beach, very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived but a quick call to Macit and it was soon fixed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, so can't comment on cooking facilities, but it was perfect for the basics of sleeping, showering etc. It is very close to a couple of large hotels, and the music from those was quite loud at night. This didn't bother us, we still slept well, but it could be a problem for someone else.

Everything was nice and clean. Really good neighbourhood good restaurant and markets. Totally worth the money.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.
