Beach house holiday rentals in Alba Adriatica

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Nicola's house is very clean, equipped with all the necessary kindness and availability of the owner. The house is cool facing the sea. It has an internal courtyard where you can eat outside...bring something for mosquitoes and you will enjoy the whole house! With tim, the network does not take very well inside, but very and Ho yes. Around it is full of restaurants for all budgets and tastes to come back! Thanks Nicola for everything!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful panorama between the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic center of Montepagano. An unforgettable holiday that I would recommend to everyone

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

The apartment is small but equipped with every comfort. The bathroom is small but functional, the living room with the perfect sofa bed. Excellent kitchenette built into the terrace closed with sliding windows, so you can cook without smells in the house. However, the real added value of this apartment is the terrace. Large livable and well-equipped! It is also priceless and free indoor parking. The location is very convenient for those like us who want a child-friendly or quiet vacation. The sea can be reached after a few steps, so we were coming home for lunch without any problem. The only downside is the lack of services in the immediate vicinity (bars, restaurants, etc.). There is a small structure under the house that makes typical food to eat on site and to go, it saved us at least a couple of dinners!) but otherwise nothing that cannot be resolved using bicycles.

Cristina's welcome (Marco's mom) was spotless, the accommodation clean, quite well-equipped (except for the absence of microwave) and the children's playground/pool are great. The accommodation is 2km from the sea, in a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful setting.

Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

Beautiful nature and area, wonderful pool that was cleaned often! Private yard and really neat apartment. Simone always responded quickly to messages and was very friendly and flexible! Everything went brilliantly and my friends and I had a great time.

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

Our vacation was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a great time at Villagio Tibiceco. The apartment is simple, but clean. You can hear the street, highway and train, but the monotonous noises did not bother us. The view on the slope is magnificent. The beach and pool are also well maintained and quickly reached. There was nothing in the apartment when we arrived, things for daily use (sponge, soap, oil, ...) must be brought or bought on site. We are more than happy to recommend.

I had a really wonderful stay at this villa! The garden is simply fantastic – so beautifully green and inviting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Location is great, just a few minutes from the sea which made the stay even more pleasant. The bus connection is also very convenient, you can easily get to the city center or the train station. In particular, I would like to highlight the warm and friendly communication with Franca and her husband. They were both always very helpful, friendly and that made my stay even more pleasant. I felt really comfortable here and can absolutely recommend this place. And I'm sure I look forward to my next visit!

Perfect place for my needs (very close to the University and a practical supermarket; the promenade is rather close). My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

Comfortable apartment, the kitchen has everything, the space is spacious, a bathroom with a washing machine and detergents, a top apartment but the thing that makes it better is the kindness and availability of Francesco and his dad who made themselves available; it felt like home!

Fantastic place in a very central area. Deborah is a great host who welcomed us in person and helped us with all requests. Beautiful two-story house with attention to detail and close to all the essential amenities. Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure.
