Al igual que en la opción de apartamento Studio, nuestros pisos cuentan con la comodidad de su casa, más los servicios que incluimos siempre de limpieza diaria, sabanas y toallas y demás comodidades de un Apart Hotel. Contamos con dos unidades de esta característica, siendo ambas muy similares en decoración, metros cubiertos y equipamiento.

Dulcinea III es un piso reformado totalmente a nuevo en el cual destaca una decoración moderna pero acogedora, produciendo en los huéspedes sentir el confort de sus hogares dentro del mismo. Todas las habitaciones cuentas con luz natural y vista a la calle, por lo cual es piso durante el día es muy luminoso. En las horas nocturnas, el piso cuenta con un diseño de iluminación artificial que da vida a todos los sectores de la propiedad y da especial énfasis a sectores para leer y comer.
