The grounds are walled and gated with secure parking, private terrace and sun bathing area that catches the last rays, UK & ES TV channels. You are renting the whole Villa privately, no shared area's 100% private.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more

Beautiful finca with private pool near Jumilla

The finca is located approx. 1 hour drive from Alicante, near the charming town of Jumilla. The finca is located in an open landscape with beautiful views of the mountains, and in the area wine is produced at the local vineyards, as well as almonds, olives, salt, leather goods and marble. The hacienda has been completely renovated and has got brand new furniture, and a petanque court, playground, a nice pool and a nice multi-court with artificial grass have been made.
