The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the first is a suite with a 1.50 m bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all kinds of kitchenware for a comfortable stay. It has a large terrace. In the neighborhood you can find all kinds of shops: supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is next to the Jardines del Triunfo.

David's Cave

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)
