The farmhouse is a beautiful independent open space of over 60 sqm with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and stove, a large bedroom and a bathroom. In the garden, the barbecue area with gazebo is available for grilling and relaxing in the greenery. There is no shortage of the vegetable garden with fruit trees and chickens to taste the flavor of country life.

The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

Time slows down at Casa Margherita. This is the ideal location to relax and detox from the day to day stress. You can enjoy long bike rides on one of the longest cycling lane in Italy (bikes are provided at the house), visit several historical places (see guidebook), travel to Delta Po or spent a day at the spa in Colli Euganei or simply relax watching a movie in the big double sofas in front of the fireplace. The house is surrounded by fields but easily accessible and close to all amenities.

It is located in Garofolo, a small village in the municipality of Canaro in the province of Rovigo, 15 minutes from Ferrara and 15 minutes from Rovigo, next to the SS16 road. The painter Benvenuto Tisi (1481-1559) was born here. On site you can find the museum in his birthplace. The village borders the Po River, which is why a cycling and pedestrian route has been created for nature and fishing lovers.
