Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs hourly right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for small children, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Vacation rental for up to 4 people

All the main points of contact are close by. Supermarket, bakery, post office,...all in 2 mins or 20 mins walk. Also the bus stop is right next to us. Dining options are within a 2-minute walk of the apartment. For hiking, you can start directly from the house, e.g. our local mountain - Bruges - from which you have a great panoramic view. Or our beautiful waterfall. From 3 nights in summer there is the Bregenzerwald card - free cable cars and bus ride.

The vacation home is about 140 m² and is ideal for 2 to 6 people.
