Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

Very clean and spacious. Quiet area. Our family of 5 fit with no issues at all. Nice deck to sit outside on. We were only there over night, but I would definitely book this place for multiple nights if I’m ever back in the area! My only very minor suggestion is to have throw blankets or even extra blankets.

We had a great stay at Coby Cottage! We were in town for our son's wedding and found the location and accommodations were just perfect for us, especially the large clean garage as we were loading and unloading between events. We were traveling with our infant grandson and there was plenty of room to spread out. Michael was quick to respond in a friendly manner with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Debbie’s place for a baseball tournament. Ball field was walking distance. So very convenient to go back to the house between games to eat lunch. Everything was right there around us like Walmart, dollar store, convenient store, places to eat. We have a ball tournament this time every year in albertville and if possible we will definitely book Debbie’s place again.
