This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

The Hut is just under 400 square feet and designed for 2 guest with a front and back deck. Covered parking and a view of the lake. There is NO lake access but the view is great. The Hut sits on its own lot with a wide gravel circular drive and wood fencing for extra privacy. Nice little cabin tucked away on a pretty creek side. It was peaceful, cozy and everything was provided as described. The trails were a little too grown up but not a big problem because there’s a ton of hiking nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at this little cabin get a way! Exactly as described. Perfect for rest and relaxation! Loved listening to nature and the rain sitting on the screened in porch! Beds extremely comfortable and all linens/towels were very nice! For the price, it can’t be beat and exceeded our expectations! We will be back!
