In my spacious, cosy chalet, enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the Cathar Mountains, surrounded by forest and wildlife. The large terrace and private garden are perfect for relaxing in this unspoilt setting. You'll find all the comforts you need, including 4G Wi-Fi. The chalet is 45 minutes (35 km) from Carcassonne Airport. An English-speaking taxi service is available from Lespinassière. Discover the Cathar country, with its historic villages, castles, hiking trails and the Canal du Midi.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The eco gîte Haïku is located in a secluded hamlet 450 meters above sea level at the end of a 6 km track that is fully passable in the heart of the wild Minervois. It is adjacent to our house and is totally independent. It has recently been restored with healthy, natural, ecological and noble materials and offers a cozy, authentic and bright space for one to two people. For a relaxing and inspiring stay, in direct connection with nature, this is the place to anchor!

The Peyremaux refuge

Between a mountain refuge and a gîte, stay in this unusual place nestled in the heart of nature with the company of calm and beautiful landscapes. Perched at an altitude of 1000 m, take the time to sit on the terrace, and admire the view of the unbeatable Roc de Peyremaux. Take time for a break and open all your senses: listen to the birdsong, walk the paths, rediscover the smell of the air, flowers and live to the rhythm of the sun. Cleaning fee not included.

Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Romantic Cosy Retreat in Ancient Bread Oven

The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.
