Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. 'Villa Grazia' is incredible! Located in one of the most suggestive places of the Argentario, immersed in the Mediterranean and in the warmth and colors of the sea. Built on the cliff, it seems to touch the sea and from the windows and the large panoramic terrace, you can admire the island of Giglio, Giannutri and Elba, where at sunset the sun seems to disappear. A house furnished in a refined way and equipped with every comfort for a relaxing holiday.

From mid-June to mid-September, guests will have access to a sunbed, deck chair, and beach umbrella at the resort's beach. There is also a public beach on-site.

View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
