Spending a few days in this charming little house overlooking the sea was wonderful, for lovers of tranquility and greenery: equipped with everything, clean and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea. There is ample outdoor space for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, barbecues, or simply relaxing while watching the sea. It would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Viola is an energetic, friendly and helpful host, she welcomed us warmly and was always available for suggestions or to meet our requests. One of the best experiences ever on Airbnb, I can only recommend it!

The place and the attention Marta offers are excellent. A good place to base yourself to visit Tuscany.

A peaceful place, quiet, clean, in nature, we didn't need anything extra in the room

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Excellent location for those who want to relax in the midst of nature, away from the hectic city life. The sea is 20 minutes away by car, accessible via roads with ZERO traffic. Very kind owners offer a great welcome and availability for any type of clarification. Recommended.

We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. We were warmly welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. a very peaceful village that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! The accommodation is almost directly on the water and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The old town is just a few meters away. We felt very comfortable and can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. Host who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, even on foot. Porto Santo Stefano 4 minutes by car, Orbetello 6 km. Road a little busy and noisy, but the entrance is at the back.

Beautiful views, close to the center and peaceful

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
