Cozy apartment in San Vito Marina with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and direct access to the beach via a private staircase (ATTENTION: there are steps). It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area, for a total of 4 beds. The private parking space makes the stay even more convenient. Ideal for couples and families who want to experience the sea in total relaxation, in the heart of the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi.

Villa Miranda

Villa Miranda is located in Gagliarda, about 4 km from the center of Ortona. The villa is fenced and has covered parking inside. The exterior includes a large garden with a swimming pool and a gazebo with a barbecue surrounded by greenery for pleasant barbecues in absolute tranquility. The residence is spread over three levels: the first floor and attic are for guests, and the ground floor is reserved for the owners, who are discreetly present and always available for any need.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A cozy vacation home, strategically located, just 5 km from the sea and 30 minutes by car from the mountains, with a large private garden equipped for moments of relaxation, breakfasts or dinners at sunset, a convenient reserved and free parking space with a wallbox for electric cars, and a ping pong table. Inside: equipped kitchen, double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, laundry room, bathroom, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, and free Wi-Fi.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

A cozy and bright house on the beach of Francavilla al Mare, on the border with Pescara. Finely furnished and equipped with all amenities. Consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, one of which is external. Large terrace on the beach. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.
