Monthly Rentals in Alboussière

Very pleasant stay as a family in this little nest that we warmly recommend.

We had a great time! The place is really nice, quiet and relaxing, with a very nice garden, perfectly suitable for children thanks to many toys available. The cottage is quite good, with good value for money. Be careful upstairs, however, as some areas have low ceilings. The interior is not very bright, but this is quite normal for this type of old construction. Some minor renovation work would be welcome, but this does not detract from the charm of the place. I enjoyed the most wonderful month-long stay at Gaëlle and Cendrine's. I brought my dog with me and they warmly welcomed both of us into the beautiful little hamlet. The accommodation was perfect and exactly as described. Spacious yet cosy. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean to a high standard. There is composting and local recycling, which I appreciated. The surrounding area is stunning - there are so many lovely walks right on the doorstep of the house. It's also generally so quiet and peaceful - you wake to the sound of birds and the nearby river. Communication was great - both Gaëlle and Cendrine responded quickly to any queries or requests before and after arrival. They shared helpful instructions on how to find the house and recommendations on what to do in the local area. I would highly recommend a longer stay here - you'll find a home-from-home in this lovely little sanctuary and community!

Carina is a very friendly, lovely hostess and a lovingly atmospherically furnished cottage with a beautiful well-kept outdoor area, embedded in a beautiful landscape. We really enjoyed the silence there. Opportunities for a lot of activity in nature, nice villages and towns and good restaurants. We have taken the region and its inhabitants to heart. Return to the house not excluded 😀
