The chalet is idyllically located in the Sartons district of Valbella. The surrounding forest gives the house a high degree of privacy and the feeling of seclusion although it is ideally located. In winter, you put on your skis in front of the house and drive on the slope, which runs directly behind the house, to the Valbella ski lift, your access to 225 km of prepared slopes in the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area. And in summer you are in the middle of the wonderful hiking and biking paradise.

The Maissen Chalet has a studio in the attic with its own entrance. The studio can be separated from the rest of the chalet. On the first floor is the living and dining area and on the ground floor three bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. From the ground floor, you enter the hallway that leads to the garage. Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Cozy Cottage in the heart of the Swiss Alps

Our beautiful, lovingly maintained and cozy accommodation is a house on two floors in the mountains of Grisons. The house is located near the resort of Savognin on the slope of the municipality of SURSES / Tinizong-Rona. The mountain village itself is called CASTELAS. The house was completely renovated a few years ago and offers not only the modern standard but also a breathtaking view and many hiking opportunities. The season starts in May and lasts until the end of October.
