What guests are saying:“Anna is an excellent host very helpful and kind, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, intimate, very clean and very quiet, the garden, even if not attached to the apartment, you have to go out and do a few tens of meters, it offers a priceless view of the lake, it is very large with a large well-kept lawn surrounded by various types of flowers and equipped with everything, a large pergola with a long table, barbeque, chairs, tables, various deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing and water for cooling off, yes she is so well that we have never moved from the garden until after sunset”

Short 5 min walk to the closest beach with public access. The sunny garden is fully equipped with relaxing lounge area and alfresco dining area, both with impressive lake views (and George Clooney's house :) Best sunset views at Lake Como!

The apartment is very nice but what really makes the difference is the view to say the least splendid and the terrace that allows you to enjoy every moment of relaxation at 100%. Katharina was of a truly infinite kindness and availability, she suggested walks and restaurants and, to any doubt or question she always answered in a very short time! There is also another great plus, access to the lake, going down a good number of steps you get to a often semi-deserted beach that allows you to access the lake with great simplicity. In short, it was a fairytale weekend and I hope we will return to the little house very soon !!!”

My husband and I have stayed in a variety of different air b&bs across the world, but this was the best by a long shot, even in the middle of February. I could go on and on about this place, but everyone has already said it. Just scroll the reviews, you'll see. They're all so positive for a reason! I'm actually kind of miffed everyone knows about it now haha! IT'S THE BEST STAY EVER. MY GOD. Leaving was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. We live in Italy, and I promise we will return again, and again, and again......”
