Walk to The Hurtwood Inn (5 mins), The Volunteer (20 mins), William IV & William Bray (45 mins), Gomshall Stn (45 mins).

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely self-contained annex with shower room

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Luxury Blackdown Shepherds Hut in Surrey Hills

Our Shepherd's hut is situated within 40 acres of woodland, orchard and garden in an area of Outstanding Beauty set high with stunning views of the Surrey Hills. Glorious sunsets and an abundance of bird life are often seen from the hut and within the Kilnhanger estate. Although remote the hut is positioned close to our cottage for security - privacy is still available and you may park your vehicle adjacent to the hut Our hut is not only cool in the summer but cosy in the winter

The Shere Suite

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, lies our idyllic apartment in Shere (a village made famous by Nancy Meyers film’ ‘The Holiday’). Perfectly located to explore hundreds of walks and hiking trails straight from the doorstep. As well as an abundance of countryside pubs and tearooms to while away the afternoon in. Adorable studio with free on premise parking

Self contained studio room with loft double bed, kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave and fridge) and shower room. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to station, 5 minute walk to central Godalming. If required, the room can be configured with a table rather than the standard extended seating, see photos. Please message after booking if the table configuration is required. Pets usually allowed upon request.
