Villa holiday rentals in Alcala de Henares

We have been in this accommodation for a month, three adults and a baby. The photos they show are completely true, the pool is wonderful, the views are great, the house is on the outskirts of the village and you have absolute privacy on the property. Antonio and the people in charge of the house have been aware of us at all times, there is a person who does the maintenance of the pool daily in the morning and it is a pleasure to lift and that is ready, in addition he is a charming man. The house has everything we need. Absolutely everything, the kitchen is fully equipped and it's wonderful to dine out. We have been successful in choosing this place for the month of July and after seeing it we are sure it will only be the first time. Recommended :)

Very tastefully renovated accommodation. Two floors with a very well equipped and beautiful kitchen. It has 2 bathrooms but having three separate toilets, it's like there are 2.5 baths. nice terrace with pool, trampoline and everything with pleasure. very fluid communication and everything clean and tidy. We really liked it.

Ivan and Isabel and their children are wonderful hosts. They have been attentive to us on an ongoing basis and our welcome in the house was exceptional. Very punctual, they had the huge detail to leave us a lot of cold drinks, multiple fruits and even ice cream for the little ones. They offered tips on what to do in the area and what to visit. In addition to giving us all kinds of facilities in the house, communication with Iván was perfect. Friendly and very, very friendly. The house was tidy, clean, and has everything you need and more. But the most incredible thing about this house is the atmosphere that you breathe in it. It conveys peace and serenity, probably, for the beautiful moments that different generations have lived in it. We have relaxed a lot, enjoying all the stays; especially the garden with its wonderful views and sunsets, the pool and the great living room. I'm sure we'll be back. It was a perfect relaxing week.

The pool is clean and can be closed, which was important to us, as we had small children. The barbecue area is also fully equipped. We had a very good weekend at home in Virginia. Gorgeous garden and pool. Very spacious house, highly recommended for very large groups, although the part of the basement is not as well conditioned as the rest, which is impeccable. A beautiful house with great modern design features. As a large family we felt very at home and the house had everything we needed for our holiday to run smoothly. The pool was fab. Gemma was really attentive and answered queries very quickly. Only a 30 min drive from Madrid, water park and very close to local towns for bars and eating out. You definitely need a car!

We had a wonderful time. The house is spectacular, very large and cozy, very nicely decorated, full of details and super equipped. The garden, the barbecue area, the fire pit, the sunset from the terrace... we enjoyed a lot and the kids loved the tipi and the playground! We will definitely be back in summer to enjoy the pool and nights under the stars. Rachel, lovely, very attentive to anything we need.

Ana is a spectacular host, the accommodation was great for me since I had to hand over the apartment where I lived and this accommodation was great for me, I stayed 2 months and everything was great, Ana helped me in everything I needed with a lot of empathy, the other tenants are not felt, there is a lot of privacy, silence and the cats are a plus, the room is beautiful, very spacious, the window has a spectacular view of nature, I was also close to work, the gardens are beautiful, in the house there are a lot of super interesting books, I would definitely come back!! Perfect stay in a wonderful house that does not lack detail. Common areas for scansar and outdoor area with pool and armchairs. Couldn't ask for more. Parking without any problems. A very quiet area. Very responsive host and a large, beautiful house! Love the design. Surely do come with a car because it is at a quiet suburb quite a distance from city centre. But, good thing that there are restaurants and supermarkets within reach of a short drive. We also went to Masha’s recommended breakfast place- the churros were great!

We have spent a wonderful few days, Raquel and her family are great, I recommend them 100%, they have treated us as if we were family, it is nice to deal with people with this quality, we have come home happy!
