Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alcalá del Júcar

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

Super séjour, un cadre extraordinaire, propre et entretenu. Tout y était avec en plus le calme et la tranquillité. Les personnel sur place est très agréable. Si je dois faire une petite critique se serai un petit rafraîchissement des sols de la cuisine et un logement pour 8 personnes avec une seule place de parking. Mais bon cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour, je garde l’adresse.

The place is fantastic. Fresh bread every morning is delicious. Pepe is very attentive and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Estuvimos alojados en la casa del Blanco. Todo en la ella era perfecto. Limpieza, decoración, ubicación, camas cómodas, equipamiento, todo ideal para sentirse incluso mejor que en casa! Nos recomendaron visitar la bodega, pero ya teníamos otras actividades programadas, una pena. Sin duda, volveremos con más tiempo.

la estancia fue genial, el jacuzzi de maravilla, pero no funcionaba el horno y tiene muy poca iluminación dentro.

We had an incredible time staying at this villa. The property is beautiful, even better than pictured, and the host Alberto did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful stay. All 17 of us were kept entertained with pool activities such as pool volleyball, a fantastic bbq, and a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the sun. Alberto also helped arrange taxis for us to get into Valencia, and airport transfer so our trip was as smooth as possible. Ubers can be ordered back to the villa from Valencia if needed. I’d highly recommend ordering the paella offered to the villa, it is delicious! Overall we loved our stay and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We actually stayed in Inmas other property, Finca Santa Elena, the booking got confused... The property was beautiful, and hugeee! The location is around 1hr taxi or 1hr20 coach from Alicante airport, it's very isolated which is why the view is so amazing. We celebrated my sister's hen weekend there and for this it was perfect. It's a beautiful old building, the furniture is a little dated but all was decorated fine and she was happy for us to put our own party decorations up. We ordered a mercadona shopping delivery which Inma recommended as well as a paella made by a local which was 10/10. Inma doesn't speak any english so please be aware of this! On check-in she arrived with her niece Carmen who does speak some english, but if you have any issues it will definitely help to have a spanish speaker (or google translate) with you.

Fantástica estancia de fin de semana en la propiedad de Elias. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, chalet cómodo, aislado y con mucha intimidad. Elias ha sido súper amable y en todo momento pendientes de nosotros, con recomendaciones de la zona para pasear y comprar buenos embutidos. Volveremos, gracias Elias!!!!!

Encantador alojamiento con preciosas vistas y amplia terraza perfecto para parejas. Muy cerca de las cuevas y el castillo (ojo, a veces puedes perderte por las calles al principio pero forma parte del encanto). Tampoco están lejos restaurantes, un par de supermercados y carnicería, así como el Júcar donde pasear o simplemente sentarse a disfrutar del paisaje (o deportes de aventura si eso es lo que uno busca). Juan es muy atento, amable y simpático. Para repetir 😄

We had an amazing time at Diego's apartment! Communication with him was very easy, he gave us very nice recommendations for the area and you can even walk up to some climbing spots from the apartment :) The views are great and the apartment is very cozy. We would definitely come again!

La casa de Sandra es preciosa, muy espaciosa y se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, rodeado de naturaleza. Sandra fue una anfitriona estupenda, nos explicó todo muy bien y nos recomendó rutas de senderismo interesantes en la zona.

La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido un 100!! Todo súper cuidado, una casa enorme y que merece la pena visitar porque tiene sorpresas increíbles. Esta súper equipada y es súper grande. Da igual si vas en pareja o con toda la familia hay sitio para todos. La mejor zona para nosotros es la cocina aislada con baño y el patio, ahora en verano es todo lo que necesitas para pasarlo bien. Los dueños son súper atentos y amables. Gracias por todo!!!

Todo perfecto, Eduardo ha sido muy amable y atento. La estancia ha sido estupenda y el chalet estaba muy cuidado, con mucho detalle y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax maravillosos. Muy recomendable. Sin duda repetiría.

Mery was a fantastic host! she was super responsive and helped us with so many recommendations. Her home was beautiful and located in a peaceful area with stunning views. plenty of space for 10 people and quiet neighbourhood. I would highly recommend her property if you are looking for a lovely stay. However, please note it is about 40 minutes to Valencia city center and 25 minutes to Valencia Airport by car. Ubers were not easy to book for large groups but for small groups it should be okay. We ended up using the local taxi service which Mery kindly recommended.

La casa es preciosa al igual que la zona. Estuvimos muy agusto y nos sentimos como en casa.

Eva es genial. Contratamos el chalet para celebrar el primer cumpleaños de nuestro bebé con la familia. Eva nos dejó visitar el chalet tiempo antes para pensar en los preparativos, también nos facilitó ir llevando cosas el jueves de antes del evento para organizarnos mejor. Ha estado muy atenta con todo y personalmente es una chica muy simpática y extrovertida. El chalet es de 10, tanto en la decoración como en los detalles que tiene, la piscina, las habitaciones, la terraza, incluso, la barra!!! Supera con creces todo lo que uno puede pedir. Muchas gracias por todo, ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso. Recomendadisima!!!

Gente muy amable en un entorno tranquilo y bonito. Da gusto alojarte en un sitio en el que te hacen sentir como en casa y te tratan como si te conocieran de toda la vida. Muy recomendable!

Bienvenido, el anfitrión estuvo siempre atento y con una comunicación fácil y fluida. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Está en plena naturaleza, tranquilidad asegurada. Ideal para escapada con amigos o familia.

Blasi und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön ruhig. Empfehle aber einen Mietwagen um in die Innenstadt und einkaufen zu können. Im groß und ganzen war es ein schönes Haus was ich aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen kann.

What a wonderful time we had… The lodge itself was much bigger than we thought with lots of family space plus outdoor seating & eating areas. The pool was great with lots of seating & shaded areas. Silva & Max were lovely hosts & really helpful. The place itself is quite remote but settles in the most beautiful area surrounded by olive trees & grape vines My only comment would be there is no air con in the bedrooms - there are beds in the living areas so I used those. Loved it - thank you xx

large, clean and beautiful villa with pool and massive garden. feels very authentically spanish which added to the experience. easily walkable to L'Eliana. kitchen was well stocked with large fridge and coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. pool is a great size and temperature. there is a large barbeque (however we didnt use it). bedrooms are big and clean. air con in bedrooms. bathrooms also large and clean. lots of space indoors and outdoors for a whole group to sit. it's about 10-15min walk to town (there is a cut through at the end of the road which really shortens the trip but doesn't show up on Google maps). 20min walk to supermarket. metro station right next door (but doesn't have a machine for you to purchase tickets). garden looks out onto an expanse of lovely citrus trees.

Fuimos un grupo de compañeros de Master y a todos nos encanto el trato recibido por Emilio. La casa estaba impecable y muy bonita, pasamos un finde estupendo. Muy recomendable👍👍
