Monthly Rentals in Alcaraces

Paul was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He checked in regularly to ensure our needs were met. We had regular cleaning of the pool and one cleaning service throughout the house during our 8 day stay. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. The amenities fit all of our needs and the space had a lot to offer. We will be booking again when we return to Colima.

From the moment we walked in, I felt relaxed and calm. The environment of the house and area was one of nature and peacefulness. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The artistic touches and design made it cheerful and modern. It was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable and large. I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night in the cool weather, and listening to the birds and sounds of nature. We enjoyed the few days there and would not hesitate to return. Ricardo was responsive and provided detailed information about the whole experience.

such a wonderful stay! we loved the shade, the hammock, the view - and the incredible smell of trees and flowers in the early morning. it was a perfect stay!!

It is a very new apartment, with TV and air conditioning, which is important in Colima. Parking place. I didn't like that it has few windows and not much ventilation capacity; I would have liked the parking lot not to be open; and I would recommend that it have a coffee maker. Honestly, with a car, it's great.
