Staying at Teresa’s house was a highlight of our time in Portugal. It was very comfortable, really well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Teresa was a great host and quick to respond to our questions. The country walks straight from the front door were full of interesting wildlife and spectacular scenery, and the locals in the village were friendly. We loved sitting on the deck in the sun with our dogs watching the tiny lambs frolic in the field across the street. We slept really well with the comfy beds and black-out shutters.

Cristina and Peter are really lovely, welcoming hosts. The house is well-designed and perfect for the few days we stayed in Castro Verde. The location is quiet and in a beautiful street. We highly recommend this property.

Vila Velha was a perfect place for us! It was extremely clean and very well equipped with a very comfortable bed. it was very quiet and private, with a very nice front porch to sit out and have a glass of wine. It is centrally located, with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the castle and many restaurants. There was plenty of parking available. The house were extraordinarily responsive, getting back to us within minutes. They also had many recommendations for good restaurants. All in all a great place!.
