We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was all spectacular; the location, the house, the garden... It was a weekend of friends and we all liked it. Also, I have brought 3 b*****s who enjoyed it with the very good care and fenced ground. Surely we repeat experience.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was lovely as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We needed a place to stay mainly to sleep, we were going to visit family and we would spend little time there. The house is very cute, it is simple but does not need more, it fulfills its function perfectly. We also found it very clean. Nuria is charming and made it very easy for us. We will definitely be back!! :)

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

A warm Spanish welcome with a welcome gift. Spacious structure in a very quiet area, a car is essential. Bathrooms with windows and equipped kitchen. In the garden, there is a lemon tree and an orange tree with fresh fruit available. The only drawback is the French bed, but otherwise everything is fine. There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

We were very comfortable at Mili's house. The house is very comfortable, the area is nice to walk and be with children. Mili's kindness and details made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.
