Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alcoa

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Thank you for sharing your hospitality and wonderful place with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Dustin's place. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The house was clean and well decorated and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Dustin's directions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this home. The only caution is that if you are looking for easy accessibility, be aware that there are five steps leading to the front door and five more steps inside leading to the living area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and it was an excellent layout for socializing and resting. The main are had plenty of comfortable furniture for talking and lounging, including a large sofa, a recliner, and comfy high-backed chairs. The neighborhood is undergoing upward transition with several cute houses in the area. The location is convenient for car travel to UT and downtown Knoxville in 5 - 10 minutes. It is also convenient to several points of interest , there is a Kroger within walking distance (although it’s easier to drive), there’s good, fenced, off-street parking at the house, and a pleasant porch and barbecue area. The beds were very comfortable, and decorated with a couple of fun, quirky touches (penguins!) as well as plenty of blankets and pillows. It was ideal for our visit, taking in some sights, and catching up with friends.

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb! It was the perfect size for 2 people, and it felt very safe. The hosts were great at communicating proactively; they sent us all the directions & local recommendations much in advance of our arrival. We mainly spent our time in the national park, and it was easy to get to from the Airbnb. The pool and hot tubs were also in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & we would recommend it to friends or would stay again if we were ever in the area!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . We stayed at Scott’s place and everything was excellent. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Sleeping arrangements were also perfectly fine. There were dishes available. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of all the main attractions. Scott did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Earplugs were also provided, as there are highways nearby and it can be quite noisy at night. Overall, we had a great time. If fate brings us back to Knoxville, we’ll definitely stay at Scott’s place again.

Gabriel’s place was exactly as listed. Gabriel and co-hosts responded within minutes and gave clear instructions to everything needed to ensure a smooth stay. The distance is very reasonable and can be done multiple times a day. Would recommend!

A very comfortable and accommodating place. We love that there were snacks and coffee available. Furniture and carpet was clean and plenty of dishes and everything else you could think of.
