The Verde Mar Condominium is a reference in organization, tranquility and good hospitality. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary items for your rest and leisure. We have excellent fiber optic internet for work or study. All this is 40 meters from the beach and 10 km from Prado.

The accommodation is located in the Portal das Guaratibas condominium within the Guaratiba Tourist Complex, which is approximately 12 km from the center of Prado. The beaches are private, have kiosks, hiking trails, a playground for children, ponds with bridges where beautiful photos can be taken. Condominium with 24-hour security. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Note: We do not offer bed linens or towels
