Beachfront holiday rental in Alcossebre

Everything is very good, the apartment is located in a very quiet area and with the beaches of La Concha and Gos a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment perfect for our short break in Spain. Yes we do intend to stay again.

The place was perfect for our stay! We stayed with our dog and cat, and it was truly pet-friendly and comfortable. Miguel and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient long-term rent — great kitchen tools, a coffee machine, a toaster, and all the essentials for cooking: well thought out. When we asked for Wi-Fi for work, Miguel quickly set it up, which we really appreciated. Another great thing about the place are people. They are so friendly, and our neighbors were amazing and really welcoming. The area is great for outdoor activities like walking, hiking and biking (also Miguel kindly offfered and let us use their bikes, which made exploring easy and fun🥰). We loved the peaceful vibe and everything the city had to offer. We would highly recommend it and wish to return here in summer!

Convenient apartment with exceptional views.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

In looking to spend a few days exploring Vinaros and the surrounding area while having a private retreat to enjoy the Mediterranean coast, we found the Strandhaus to be a perfect location. Within easy walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops, the house overlooks a very picturesque beach, with ocean waves to accompany morning coffee or an evening drink. The hosts were responsive and helpful, as was the person who greeted us. Highly recommended for a stay!

Everything was perfect. Right to the beach in quite place. House is awesome with everything we need.

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, beachfront. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

We had a very pleasant weekend. Communication with Ruth was very smooth, resolving our doubts with great kindness. The girl who greeted us and saw us off was also very attentive and cordial. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped, with all the necessary appliances (large and small). The bath towels were huge and very comfortable, and the garage under the building was a great plus. In addition, the comfort of having a terrace from which to contemplate the sea made the stay even better. As a point to improve, we would mention the mattresses, which could be more comfortable. In general, a highly recommended stay and excellent service. Thank you for everything Ruth!

The apartment is fantastic. It is located in an unbeatable location and in front of the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Communication with José has been optimal at all times. He has always been very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We have no doubt that if we return to Peñíscola, we would return to this apartment. It felt like being at home.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

Well-located apartment, facing the sea. It corresponds exactly to the photos. Well equipped, we had everything we needed. Large and pleasant balcony for meals and leisure activities. The host, Sylvie, was very helpful from the time of booking to the time of check-out, always responding in a timely manner and ready to resolve any situation. We will definitely return to this apartment when we return to Peñiscola, I recommend it 100%

The holidays were great at Gema's place, as a hostess she put everything on her side to make us comfortable and prepared a bunch of recommendations for us to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The apartment is nice and as seen in the images, we have not passed any heat, the portable air has been more than enough to be cool even sleeping with a tapados sheet, super nice. The apartment is very close to a great and super family beach, with activities for the children on the promenade and the pool of the residential is a joy. It was definitely an experience to be repeated. Thank you Gema, for the facilities with the time of departure, a detail!!

Accommodation as shown in the photos and the information provided. Very clean and decorated with exquisite taste and with everything you need (not just the essentials) at your disposal. A very quiet and safe residential development and area, with the beach across the promenade and services (shops, restaurants, etc.) a 10-15 minute walk away. Friendliness of the host and exceptional welcome and farewell touches. If we can, we'll do it again.

Lena's accommodation has been a delight. It is very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The hosts were so nice. We have all enjoyed a lot ( older and kids), both inside the house and its fantastic exterior.

Breathtaking view!!!! A very nice apartment, great location, close to all amenities and the beach, private parking at the residence! (only small concerns but not catastrophic since we were on the seafront: the air conditioning that did not work properly…).

The property is excellent and well-equipped for our stay. It is light and airy which was what was needed as we stayed in peak summer season. It is set in a very nice residential area, where the properties are maintained to a high standard. The pool was a real highlight. Therefore, it is a very comfortable place to stay with easy access to the beach and restaurant areas of Alcossebre. My family enjoyed our time there very much.

Great view, plenty equipment

everything was great, the accommodation is in a great location. the apartment has everything you need for a long stay, down to the smallest details. good coffee machine, it was nice to drink coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the sea. the internet was suitable for work, no problems. the double bed could be improved a little, but otherwise everything was very good!

We had a great two days here and the view was the absolute highlight. We have never lived so close to the sea and it was an indescribable feeling of space and freedom. The hosts responded quickly and helped us find a reliable airport transfer. We are more than super satisfied with our stay in Peñiscola!!
