Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda.
