Margarita was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and help with any questions. Her place was lovely and matched the description perfectly, it was great for children and she had lots of toys and pool floats in the house. Due to the location there were mosquitos in the late afternoon and early evening but if you used bug spray etc it kept most of them at bay. The walk was easy into Pollenca, 20 mins at most into the centre. There was a Eroski / Lidl 10 minutes walk from the villa as well. The upstairs room aircon was a little hit and miss but Margarita provided great fans to keep us cool at night. Overall the villa is fantastic, I hope to stay there again soon or at Margarita's other property in the future.

It was our first vacation with our 1-year-old baby and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From our arrival (Astrid told us that we could arrive earlier than planned) we were amazed by the beauty of the place, nature, beautiful flowers, the sound of birds, the mountains in the background, the smell of lavender... like in a movie!!! The beautiful house, wonderful decoration and a cleanliness that many luxury hotels would like to have! The kitchen was not lacking in detail and Astrid had any utensil we needed! Our little one had a great time with the dogs and exploring the farm! We have seen incredible sunsets, we have had some barbecues with unbeatable views and we have rested in the super XXL bed! Astrid has been more than kind! Very affectionate and always so attentive! We will definitely repeat because we felt at home!

The house was very beautiful and clean, just like in the pictures. The host responded quickly and was flexible with check-in, which I really appreciated. Just a note for future guests: the location is quite remote and not reachable by public transportation, so a car is definitely necessary. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others who are traveling by car.

This villa is outstanding. As you go down the drive and turn towards the house, you are greeted with an outstanding garden which is beautifully kept. The outdoor space is simply spectacular. The house itself is as described and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor bathroom is an added bonus. The property is walking distance to shops and restaurants and is also close to bus stops if you want to venture to any other part of the island. Overall this villa has exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back soon as the place provided us with some fantastic family memories and at the same time a place where we could unwind and relax.

We were on site with a young troupe and we lacked nothing. The spa area and pool were world class. The location of the finca is good. About 20 minutes to Palma. With a rental car, you are definitely very flexible and can get around the island anyway. There's definitely an absolute recommendation from us. We would book again and again.

We had a nice stay in a quiet & relaxed place. The landlady is incredibly nice, committed & helpful. She was always quick to reach and even personally on site to fix minor problems immediately. The check-in & check-out were absolutely uncomplicated. The place is well equipped. Toilet paper & garbage bags must be purchased separately. The view of the sunset was particularly beautiful. Small note: The garbage must be taken to the disposal point, which is not far away and easily accessible. A car is definitely necessary – it takes about 30 minutes to drive to Palma & Alcúdia. Supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, we slept very well. Those who are sensitive to insects should know that - as is common in the country - ants & other insects can be found outside, even occasionally in the house.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the villa. Really easy access to different parts of the island. Anyone that decides to stay will have a wonderful time.

Very beautiful house with breathtaking green surroundings - the house is located on the outskirts of the town of Sóller. Lots of good restaurants nearby. You are not bothered by the train passing by, it stops running at 20.30. Easy parking nearby. Miquel responded very quickly when we had a question. Definitely recommended!!!

We as a group of friends loved our stay in this lovely house in Mallorca! Everything went very smooth and the owners are very responsive. We used our car to get around, which I think is a must when staying here since it is quite far from any restaurants or supermarket. The location is great if you like to plan trips to the beach or a hike in the mountains, and perfect to chill afterwards at the pool.

The villa is very quiet, the barbecue and pizza oven are great! The pool is large and the furniture is well provided (deckchairs, several tables, parasols etc.). The beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the beach (15 min). Otherwise, a car is essential for getting to local shops, but travel times are short.

The accommodation offered everything we needed for our family vacation. You have a super nice view of the mountains and the location is very quiet. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for the Mediterranean climate.

Our second stay at this wonderful villa. Great location to explore the whole island, yet perfect to come back to when in need of pool and quite time. Lots of space, beautiful decor. Can't wait to come back again!

We were there with 4 people and can only report positive things. Aleix was our host and was able to help us in all matters. He was always available and gave us tips for activities in and around Ses Covetes. Check-in could be brought forward at short notice and we were greeted with fresh, island-typical pastries. The house is small, but with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen (standard equipment available) and a living room, it is completely sufficient for 4 people. Outside, there are 2 different seating areas and a beautiful pool, which is often in the shade due to the trees on the property (not bad in the height of summer). There is also a washing machine, which you can use. The free-range chickens and cats did not bother us at all, on the contrary. So we always had a little entertainment at breakfast in the outdoor area. All in all a great accommodation, we would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time in Joana's great accommodation. The little cottage had everything you need for a stay (including Dolce Gusto capsule machine), and you could enjoy the peace and relax. We were able to use the beautiful pool alone for our entire stay. Arta is about a 15-minute walk away, where there are a few nice restaurants and cafes and a market every Tuesday. The Parc Natural can be reached in 12 minutes by car - it is great for hiking 😊 Joana and her husband were very nice and friendly. We felt completely comfortable.

Beautiful villa, felt so peaceful and was stunning. Pool was incredible and we enjoyed many bbqs outside. If you have a car it is easy to get to Palma. Nice for a group holiday

Fantastic hosts who were very helpful and responsive, giving very clear instructions on the location of the property as it is private. Such a peaceful stay being able to relax around your own private pool, with only being a 10 min taxi/drive away from Cala D’or for something to eat and drink in the evening. Would highly recommend staying here

Lander’s house is a perfect getaway. If you are nature lover and prefer peaceful less busy environment, this place is for you. Gorgeous beaches 15-30 minutes away depending on which one you go to. Definitely recommend renting a car. Easy to find using maps or google maps. Smooth check in. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable to cook in. Felantix is a few minutes away - restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Before we left, we were already talking about coming back. The property is beautiful and there’s a lot of bird life in the area if you like to birdwatch. Our favorite spot was Mondrago - for hiking, kayaking, snorkeling… beautiful water. There are stairs to get up to the bedrooms and there also steps down to the pool. It wasn’t a problem for us whatsoever. Lovely home, kind & helpful host.

We had a wonderful time in the vacation home in Mallorca. Everything was super clean and well maintained, and even the pool was cleaned several times during our stay. The environment is fantastically quiet, with lots of nature and numerous bird species. The location is also perfect as a starting point for excursions. We would especially like to thank the two sisters Carme and Cati, two incredibly sweet and warm women. The contact was very pleasant and straightforward. We would come back.

A great charming holiday home, everything was available what you needed. Lovely garden and swimmingpool was perfect. Friendly host Christofol and very helpful with all kinds of questions.

We had a great week here. the place was spotless, maybe the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Juan and his sons were very responsive and flexible when there were delays at the airport. it's so peaceful and private here, there are no neighbours overlooking the property and it isn't visible from the road. The views are stunning. we hadn't realised when we booked it how well located it is. Pollenca (5 minutes drive) is one of the nicer towns in the north east and is perfectly situated to give easy access to the beaches on the east coast and the incredible mountains to the north. Supermarkets are also a short drive away. internet was great as well which is surprising for a remote location. I'd thoroughly recommend staying here, we'd happily stay again.

Amazing house in a beautiful area! Peaceful, private, surrounded by nature. Rooms are spacious, very clean, well equipped. Even better than in the photos. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer. Jordi was very welcoming, communication was easy. Highly recommended!
