Stylish, airy, deceptively private home with a view of the beach front and sea - perfectly located in central Aldeburgh. House doesn’t quite describe Seagulls as accommodation is on one floor with a bit on ground floor. Close to the ancient Moot Hall, approx 60 second walk to the beach, boat pond and 2 mins to one of the best fish and chip shops in the area, the Co-op (conveniently open long hours) and other great shops, restaurants and cinema.

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary
A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
