De weg om naar het huis te komen is erg hobbelig, maar dat staat goed beschreven. Paul wacht je halverwege op. Het huis is werkelijk schitterend, heel comfortabel en de omgeving is mooi, rustig en vredig. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie plaatsen te bezoeken en het was iedere avond weer thuiskomen. Helaas hebben we geen wandeling door de kurkenboomgaard gemaakt en geen winetasting. Ook daarvoor gaan we een keer terug. Heeeeeeel fijne plek!!!!!!

Gorgeous rustic space with all of the amenities we could have wanted! The pool area is amazing and outdoor dining area is lovely. Beds are super comfortable and the whole house is light and spacious. Joao was so responsive and offered us nice local recommendations. We will definitely return! Thank you!!

This place is just a wonderful oasis of peace and beauty. The antique house is 200 years old and belongs to the family ever since; the surrounding nature too beautiful to be true, the infinity pool was amazing even if for us in April, after 10 days of rain, unfortunately too cold. We had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank Paul, our host. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, told us a lot about the house and the surroundings, and even showed the children different plants, which they loved. He was always available when we needed something, but never intrusive – just the perfect host. Thank you, Paul, for making our stay so special!

Terena es una localidad fuera de las rutas habituales, pequeña y con pocos atracciones en sí misma, pero coqueta, cuidada y tranquila. El "Cantinho de Terena" nos sorprendió por lo cuidado de los detalles, fuera de lo común en un alojamiento público de ABnB. Solo la estancia en el Cantinho y disfrutar de su tranquilidad y su decoración merece pasar por allí, desviarse de las As , las IPs y las Ns. No es fácil asegurar que se vaya a volver a ningún sitio, pero si vuelvo al Alentejo o Algarve, procuraré hacer coincidir mi viaje con una parada en el Cantinho

To be honest, I was a tiny bit worried about renting this place at first, as I had read some previous comments about barking dogs in the area which made me think I would have problems getting proper sleep. Even thought I have perfect hearing, I did not hear a single bark during my 7 nights and I slept like a baby! The nature in the area is amazing and Olga's home could not be located in a better spot. The sunrises and sunsets are from another planet and the gentle sounds of goat bells, birds singing and the crickets at night just add to the pure magic. The pictures I took of the Milky Way I could probably only take in few other places. Magic! The house is big, clean and extremely confortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I am going to miss it! Olga is very friendly, polite and extremely informative in her responses. She answers quickly and to the point. I am sure I will be returning and can highly recommend this house to anybody who wants to disconnect completely.

O espaço é maravilhoso e maior do que aparenta nas fotos. O check in foi muito simples de fazer e as instruções claras. Tem o espaço bem mobilado e decorado. A cozinha é fantástica e tem uma boa despensa (utensílios). A piscina é grande e o espaço envolvente é espetacular. O acesso é um pouco difícil para quem tem carros baixos, no entanto quando chegámos a ‘casa’ esquecemo-nos do caminho para trás e aproveitamos a tranquilidade do Alentejo. Aconselho vivamente e certamente iremos voltar!

Waren 10 Tage im Mai 2025 bei Tina zu Gast. Wunderschönes gepflegtes Anwesen und super herzliche Gastgeberin! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Estremoz ist ein hübscher Ort mit guter Infrastruktur und mehreren Supermärkten. Prima Standort, um das Alentejo zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Deze accommodatie kunnen we zeker aanbevelen! Het is een charmant huisje dat deel uitmaakt van een oud klooster. We vonden er alles waar we naar op zoek waren: een weelderige tuin met fruitbomen waarvan we mochten plukken, een open haard, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een terras met bbq. Miranda ontving ons hartelijk en heeft het huisje met zorg ingericht, er ontbrak niets. Bedankt voor deze ervaring Miranda!
