Nearby there is also a public swimming area and a 10-minute walk to the city center with restaurants, cafés and commuter trains to Gothenburg Central Station. A stone's throw away is the entrance to Näässkogen Nature Reserve (Götaleden). Proximity to: Öijared's golf course, Nääs factories with restaurant, cafe and shops is a nice excursion destination.

Welcome to a bright and appealing single-story villa with a very attractive location in a small residential area without view into the property with nature as your closest neighbor. 30 minutes from Gothenburg is this summer paradise with a large terrace, conservatory, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi where you can enjoy the sun all day. If you are in the mood for more swimming, Duvesjön is a short walk away or why not go 20 minutes to the salty sea for a swim. Lysegården's golf course is next door as well as Svartedalen's nature reserve.

Insynsskyddad baksida med spabad, utekök med pizzaugn, stekhäll och grill samt pingisbord, perfekt för umgänge och avkoppling. Nära natur med löparspår. Gångavstånd till matbutik, pizzeria och tågstation, Göteborg nås på ca 25 min. Sjö med fin badplats finns ca 13 km bort, ca 15 min med bil. Hyresgästen städar själv. Vi tillhandahåller städmaterial. Städning går att köpa till för 1500 kr.

Jacuzzi is available on the terrace which is heated all year round. Access to sauna. Silence and tranquility that you won't find in the big cities. 10 minutes to the nearest city center, Älvängen. 5 minutes to the nearest small store. 40 minutes to Gothenburg. 700 meters to the nearest bus stop. Guests have access to the whole house.

In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

Nice house with outdoor spa and sauna.

Loft for rent with 120 bed, very spacious and plenty of room for, for example, an extra bed or travel bed for children. Pets are welcome as long as they get along well with other dogs. Free access to Wi-Fi, outdoor spa, sauna, laundry room. All spaces are shared except the loft. There is a shower cabin in the laundry room where the sauna is located and a bathtub in the bathroom where the toilet is located. NOTE: Minimum 2 nights

Close to the mushroom forest and hiking trails. Nice swimming lake about 3 km away. Two bicycles are available to borrow as well as 2 smaller children's bicycles. Hot tub outside the cottage that is heated all year. 600 meters to bus stop. Change to train in Älvängen that goes to Gothenburg takes about 1 hour. Trains also to Vänersborg and Trollhättan.
