Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Welcome up to the sixth floor, and warmly welcome into a square-smart home with a completely unique design and shared roof terrace. In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its lively cultural, shopping, bar, and restaurant life. Here you also have proximity to nature in the Castle Forest and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. You will have easy access to everything from this centrally located place, but still close to nature at the meadows, botanical gardens and Slottskogen. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
