I stayed in Mrs. Patrizia's apartment on the occasion of the annual motoraduno in Alexandria. Everything as promised, nice apartment, well equipped, very clean, air-conditioned in the heart of Alexandria, great location to be able to visit the city center. The apartment is located in a stately building with a comfortable elevator in a quiet area. Accurate, punctual, and very friendly host. A must, essential for me, the possibility of parking, in my case the motorcycle, inside a private garage equipped with an automatic door adjacent to the entrance of the building. Surely if I need it again, Mrs. Patrizia will be my first choice.

A view beyond all views! We SO enjoyed our deck time. SO CLOSE to amazing restaurants, train station and worth a beautiful 20 minute walk to the west along the shore line through beautiful homes, and a swim with beautiful restaurants right on the water! Definitely be ready for the stairs but we are in our late 50s and did ok with a small rest in between flights. Soooooo worth the view!

Warm welcome in an extremely clean, tidy, and well heated place. The garden is the ideal setting for a relaxing stop. The area is very quiet and promotes deep sleep. The breakfast, packaged, is still varied and extremely satisfying. The location is strategic towards Genoa and Milan. Great stay, absolutely recommended. I would also like to point out that Daniela is very nice and approachable.

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing views out of just about every window. The area and surrounding villages are very charming. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Should our travels bring us to this area again, we would absolutely stay here again.

Elena was very welcoming and present from our arrival with fresh eggs from her chickens and homemade jam. Rental as described . Very quiet apartment and discreet owner. We thank Elena very much for her availability and availability.

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay at Silvia's place. Check-in was easy and she was very responsive. The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The garage space for the car was a huge plus. It was only a short walk away. The location is great. It's a beautiful small town with numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and so much more.

We stayed 5 nights. Giulia and her husband greeted us in person. They had also thoughtfully provided fresh pasta, pesto and cookies for us to prepare dinner on our first night. The apartment is well-appointed, had everything we needed and is extremely well located in the historical center. Most sites are within easy walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and food shops nearby. We would gladly return.

It’s been our third stay in the casina blu. We love it so much and it never disappoints. It’s like coming home in the holidays. Silvia is very kind and caring. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the sea and of nature.If we could give more stars we would.

We enjoyed our stay at Emanuela very much. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming, she responds quickly to questions and gives a lot of information about the area. The apartment is decorated with great care and taste and is in a fantastic place in the center: restaurants, bars, sights and the weekly market within walking distance. Two extra pluses: a lovely, large terrace and a private parking space. We would recommend a stay at Emanuela's place to anyone.

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

Spent here only one night, but we're so glad we chose Dario's apartment. It is super central but quiet at the same time. We enjoyed the great view over the city by day and night :) Everything was clean and as on the pictures. 100% recommend this place and Dario as a host.

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

A magical place, where time is suspended and the soul finds rest. The villa is a haven full of exotic art and enchanting details: Persian rugs, oriental lanterns, antique vases, books, and plants everywhere. Every corner has a story to tell. Outside, a lush and intimate garden, where nature embraces and invites you to forget the city. In the evening, warm lights and a dreamlike atmosphere transform everything into poetry. The real added value is Riccardo, the owner: a lively, ardent, and hospitable soul. Her energy is reflected in every detail of the house. It is a presence that enriches, inspires, and welcomes. A stay that was not only relaxing, but a sensory and human experience. You get lost... and you find yourself.

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

An unforgettable stay! Mattia is an excellent host – warm, helpful and always available. The view is simply sensational - a real highlight of the stay! The apartment is tastefully furnished, very clean and offers everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The pool is another highlight - modern, clean and perfect for relaxing. Silvana, too, was so warm and friendly and immediately spoiled our children and provided them with toys and a children's table. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back. Stefano was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and had a great view and pool. He provided excellent recommendations for wineries to visit and restaurants to try. I’d love to come visit and stay there again soon!
