Bright duplex, with reserved parking space, located 1 minute from the beach (100 m), 2 steps from the nautical base and its activities. You will be quietly settled in, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a secure building with a nice view of the dunes. All comforts are ensured thanks to quality bedding (1 bed 160 × 200 in bedroom and 1 bed 90 × 200 on mezzanine), an equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Your beds will be made on arrival + towels. New and independent ✨ studio, located in our house but with private entrance. Balneo, kitchenette, private garden. Pool (10am-9pm summer), BBQ and ping pong shared only with us. Views of the deer🦌, hikes and bike rides from the house. Montreuil-sur-Mer 12 min, beaches 30 min. Our 5 cats and dog may come to greet you🐾. Check-in 4pm / Check-out 11am.
