Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). The living room and bedroom with sofa bed has an integrated kitchenette, a dining table/work table and an additional work console. The shower room with toilet is modernly furnished. Wi-Fi is of course available. Stays of up to 12 days can be requested. The 1-room apartment has about 26 sqm of living space.

The 1-bedroom apartments in this category will host up to three persons. The bedroom has a double queen size bed (160×200), a comfortable foldout bed can be put into the living or the bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath tab and shower hose.
