Apartment holiday rentals in Alexandria

This is a great find. The place was clean, beds super comfortable, equipped kitchen, easy to access, everything is walking distance and the neighbourhood is lovely. We went with little children and cannot recommend more, there are a lot of parks to go around and stay busy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kate was a very responsive and accomodating host, proving great recommendations around the area. Make sure to check out Frank’s, a deli with great coffee and even better sandwiches, only a short walk from apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and aesthetic. We’ll be back!

Overall, great location, which felt safe, nice apartment, everything I needed, Chinda was prompt with responses to my queries. One issue: it wasn't clear that the apartment was at the top of a staircase. This would be good to know. The stair case is open to the air, but covered. It was raining when I was there and this could have caused a slipperiness problem (but didn't, for me). Just a general note, especially for people with mobility issues.

The most perfect stay! The accomodation is in a central location, fully stocked and extremely clean. Chris was also super communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a great location, within walking distance to yummy restaurants and sightseeing. It’s also on a quieter street that was easy to find. It’s overall we had comfortable night stay. Thank you :)

This place was perfect! Super clean and well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything (grocery store, cafes, restaurants and bus stop to the city), but still peaceful. Grazy was excellent with communication—always responsive and very helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning!

This one bedroom apartment was well looked after and had everything we needed. While we only stayed one night, we could have easily spent a few days in the apartment comfortably. It was quite noisy in the morning, though it is to be expected near the airport. The host was very flexible and responsive. Thank you!

Everything was fine, the host was very friendly and gave detailed guidance for our check in, and the host also waited a while for us due to the transport issue, thank you very much. Very convenient location with a very nice view!You can see the Sydney Opera House at a glance.And downstairs is a 311 bus, great transportation. The only small thing to say is that there is a little noise because the location is too good, and it's not friendly for the late star, but this doesn't seem to matter under the convenient location and the beauty.

We loved the house and the location. This is the second time we lived there and we felt like we were back home. Beautiful house and we would love to visit again.

a warmly personal apartment in the best part of inner Sydney. Accessible to, but not part of the tourist icons. A tremendous local area of amenity and charm. We lived here for 28 years before moving interstate. The area is 'The Best' - and this apartment building is well known and revered by the locals. For good reason. Natacha as host was very helpful, warm and welcoming. The apartment itself is personal and considered; not cookie cutter. And very thoughtfully equipped. The photos are accurate.

Best place I’ve stayed at on Airbnb. These operators go to great lengths in showcasing our wonderful Sydney through maximum comfort and enjoyment by giving you the chance to stay in this space. As a med student I loved having the ability to be close to all my needs, whilst being a short walk to some great restaurants and social spots. For the working professional or couple, I say look no further than this property!!! I hope to stay again there in the future.

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

Rita was an excellent host! Offered lots of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. It had everything you would need (chargers, slippers, q-tips, etc.) The location was perfect. Walking distance to most things or the train station was less than 5 minute walk. I would totally stay here again, it felt like home away from home. Felt very safe.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!

A great affordable option to stay in for the popular neighbourhoods of Sydney. Great access to public transit and walkable to most things as well. James was a massive help throughout and made our experience all the better for it.

We stayed at Claire’s apartment for a week. Claire was super friendly and responsive, readily available for check-ins, check-outs, or any other needs we had. She even accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests due to flight changes. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, only a short walk to both Central Chalmers Station and Central Station. Across from the apartment was Alfred Park, offering beautiful scenery in the mornings and evenings. Additionally, it was within walking distance of fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants in Surry Hills. Highly recommend this place for the great apartment, ideal location, and most importantly, an incredible host!
