House holiday rentals in Alexandria

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and did not want to leave. The space is beautifully open with 5 levels and great light throughout. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool given winter, but the bbq got plenty of use as did the kitchen and dining room which is large! The heating system kept us more than warm during some of the coldest days of winter and the parking was very convenient. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks Timothy for hosting us over Easter. We appreciated the great communication via Jon and easy check-in instructions. The home is in a great location and we loved the special homely touch of providing board games and binnoculars to watch the surf and boats cruise by. Thanks again!

Loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. I came for a little writing-retreat and it was the perfect place to get work done whilst also feeling relaxed and comfortable. There are lovely green spaces nearby to go for walks/runs, and Potts Point is just a wonderful place to explore. There was an issue with the buildings hot water while I was there, but Janai did everything possible to keep me updated and give me alternative options too. Overall, a great experience!

House is great, location is really handy to the city. The back yard is a surprising oasis in the middle of the city.

Lovely place with a beautiful outlook! The space was very relaxing and peaceful whilst being quirky and fun at the same time. Would be a really nice place to unwind for a week

Stayed here for about 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it! In a great area that’s quiet at night and is a short bus ride to the city and bondi/bondi junction as well. Home was clean upon arrival and had no issues during my stay.

What a lovely place to stay. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilyfield. The house was super clean and comfortable with a surprisingly spacious rear garden and outdoor entertaining area. We used to live in this area before moving to the UK, so were looking forward to exploring our old ‘hood, but the host Jodie went over an above to make our stay even more special with some local suggestions that were absolute gems! Jodie was also super responsive and helpful before and after our stay. We would definitely stay at Jodie’s place again in future and would totally recommend to anyone considering staying at the same time.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Michael’s house. The location was new to us but had lots of great shopping and eating options and being close to Redfern station made getting into the city a breeze. The house itself is super cute and beautifully presented. A lot of thought has gone into making sure you have everything you’d ever need for a short or long stay, even including a bottle of wine and a packet of tim tams in the fridge. We appreciated Michael meeting us at the house when we arrived to show us around and were especially grateful for his flexibility around check in/out times to fit around our flights. Definitely one of the best all round air bnbs we’ve stayed in.

We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nicole’s thoughtful touches, like leaving us food to make our stay even better, truly set her apart as a host. She was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paddington with an exceptional host, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again-highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay during the Easter break. Had all ammenities and was thoroughly clean. I definitely recommend as it was close to the cbd whilst being in a residential area.

Hade a great time at this place. Nina was easy to reach out and offered me an early check in which was so convenient for me. The airbnb is clean and the bed is very comfy

Jesse and Kate were very responsive and helpful with both questions about the house, and things to do in town. Their home was beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful home in a perfect location!!!!

Great place to stay in Sydney. Close to university campus. Easy to get to the train station Redfern to get into the city and bus stops at the university to get to Bondi. The house was nice and tidy on arrival. Beds was firm and very nice. Three stories with dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry and toilet on the bottom floor. Bedrooms on middle and top floor. We cooked some meals in the kitchen, it was all functional. Would stay again!

Linh and Jack's wonderful house was probably one of the best air bnb's we've stayed at. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They had a little guide to the area and the house which was very handy. Linh and Jack were also very accomodating with check out and extending the stay when we had to add an extra day to our trip last minute. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend!

Sarah really looked after us as we hired the house for a long weekend as our wedding venue was just down the road. House has everything you need, coffee machine is excellent. Lots of space which was handy when all the family came over to get ready ahead of the wedding. Nice 10 min walk down to the water and to the Hunters Hill shops the other direction with a little supermarket and plenty of cafes etc. Great house, has everything you need and Sarah is a brilliant host. Would stay again

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

It was a pleasure to stay in this place, and we were always delighted to return to Frank's place at the end of a long day sightseeing. Situated in a neighborhood full of character, we were impressed with the great restaurants close by. Convenient to supermarkets to stock up for breakfast and other items. Walking to the city was easy...about 15 minutes to Sydney Tower and about 30 minutes to Circular Quay and the Opera House. The property itself is immaculate and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay. Frank was great to communicate with. Hope to return one day.

The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing. My friends and I loved our stay here. Such a beautiful, clean and quirky place in a leafy neighbourhood. Less than 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and eateries. I was a bit worried when we emailed our queries when we booked and only received automated responses, but before we arrived Damian took care of all our requests. Thanks for the hot water bottles! Much appreciated! He was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The option to upgrade to early check-in, late check-out was a life-saver as well. We felt very spoiled! Hopefully we’ll be back next year ☺️
