House holiday rentals in Alexandria Bay

My family is native to the 1000 islands. I have been coming up my whole life. We have stayed in various locations and always been pleased. This was our first time not staying waterfront. The rates as a whole have gotten so high. This place was reasonable priced and perfect accommodations for my large family. We enjoyed all the amenities and was very comfortable. Close to town. The house was exactly as described. I would recommend to my family for future visits.

Such a great place! We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this charming country home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and welcomed. The house was beautifully decorated, had a hot tub and a pool, and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for our family getaway—plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore, while the adults enjoyed the serene views and fresh air. It was one of the most relaxing and most memorable weekend getaways we've ever had. The host was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. This country home was the ideal retreat to unwind, reconnect, and create lasting family memories. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming escape from the city. We can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house offered plenty of space with a nice layout, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The screened-in outdoor area was perfect for grilling and spending time together in the evenings, and the fire pit was a great bonus for winding down at night. The ping pong table added a fun touch and kept everyone entertained. The pool area had potential to be a highlight, but due to the weather, we didn’t get to use it as much as we’d hoped. Just a heads-up—it’s about 35 minutes from Alexandria Bay, so a bit of planning is needed for day trips. The host was friendly and responsive, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We’d definitely consider staying again and are especially interested in trying the host’s lakeside cabins next time for easier access to the water. All in all, a solid getaway with great outdoor features and room to unwind.

Emily’s accommodations were terrific. We were hoping to find a quiet property with a private pool. The pool was clean, heated and ready for our enjoyment when we arrived. There were pool towels easily accessible for our use. The backyard was private and relaxing. Emily’s house was immaculate and we appreciated that she checked in with us during our stay. We would definitely return to this property again in the future. It met all of our criteria and felt like the perfect home away from home!

We had a great stay at this cozy place! The host (Jake) was super responsive and made everything really easy for us. Even though we were mainly in the area to visit the Thousand Islands and just needed a spot to crash, the Airbnb itself had so much to offer—hot tub, pool, and a fun games room. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because we spotted a snake hanging around the hot tub (just one of those outdoor surprises), but aside from that, the stay was definitely worth it. Would happily come back and recommend to others!

Sarah and Rickey's place was great for my family and I to stay for a week in Sacket's Harbor. It is easily walkable to town and the historic battlefield museum. The pool and hot tub hit the spot for the sunny summer afternoons. The interior was spotlessly clean, the master bedroom suite is immense, and the refrigerator was even stocked with water and soda. And, it has the biggest TV I've ever seen to unwind after a day of local adventures! The area is great too; only about a 20 minute drive to get to various boat tours of the thousand island region / Boldt castle. I also really enjoyed cycling on the long and fairly not busy country roads. I'd come back again for sure.

the place was very clean, kept with care from the laundry to the kitchen, everything seems new and well placed, way more room than the photo would show. the outside is private enough to make you feel in a little shelter of yours, but open enough to let you enjoy the outside view completely ( trees, little park on the rear left). Vincent was very nice and disponible. was there to answer any questions and very reactive. felt at home, felt welcome with all the little attentions and things prepared in the kitchen ( oil, egg, milk, etc etc) and in the bathroom ( even if you forget your toothbrush, there is some !) thank you Vincent for everything and that amazing place. love the wood on the ceiling, the lighting and global feel of the place.I recommend it 100% big plus : stores & restaurants around the place everywhere!

What an awesome spot! Really short drive to each A Bay and Clayton and just a short hop over the bridge to Wellesley Island. The home is super comfortable and clean and privately located directly on the water. Will stay again!

The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with every common amenity. The owner was apparently considering customers' needs in detail, and prepared everything in advance. We especially like the private dock where we parked our boat, with a electric charging cable readily usable. A private marina is just across the small bay 50 yards away from the dock, with a waterfront gas station and a boat launching ramp conveniently available. It's also a very safe and quiet area. We definitely will consider renting the house again when we go back to the Thousand Island Park in the future.

This was the second time two friends and I spent our girls' weekend at Matthew's. Each time the house has been immaculately clean. The beds are so comfortable and it's the perfect location to stay if you want to shop. The house is just a minute or two away from all of Clayton's shops and a quick 20 minute drive to one of the best Italian restaurants ever - Wise Guys. I would definitely stay here again (and probably will!!)

We had a wonderful stay and it was awesome that we could bring our thirteen month old dog. Communication was superb and so kind and responsive. The home is just like the pictures and description listed and decorated very clean, bright and homey. The extra touches of amazing things such as a welcome basket, dog items, toys for children and games made you feel like you are at home. We would totally recommend staying here.... great fishing area, backyard, not far from Clayton, Cape Vincent and Sacket Harbor.

Maple lane was a wonderful stay, we felt right at home in the rural surroundings and the home was larger and more spacious than expected , the place was private, cleanly and serene , can’t wait to come again soon!

She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Her thoughtfulness really stood out—she even offered us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. This is the second time I stayed at Lisa’s place. It’s so comfortable! Easy peasy entry. The home has always bern sparkling cjean, the furniture is comfortable, kitchen well supplied, beds are great and a very nice bathroom with hot water for showers. There are front and back porches to enjoy too. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your home.

This unique house lives up to its name . Very quiet and peaceful place which even our furry family member loved, she had a lot of space to move around .

Suzanne's place is impeccable! Every detail was thought of by the hosts. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well stocked. The location is perfect. It's quiet but restaurants, shops, and river are a short walk away. While the weather was not great for most of our stay, the house was a delightful homebase for a girls trip. Would stay again without hesitation!

A great place to stay. Morgan’s home had everything needed for a perfect stay. The sun room was amazing and a wonderful place to sit and wind down each evening. The home itself was cozy, clean and well equipped. I loved that Morgan had printed off all the local amenities, with things to do and tours to take which was very helpful when choosing what to decide each day and left them on the kitchen counter. Morgan was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely come back again.

I don't even know where to start! This is incredible! The house is really clean! Cozy! Light! Warm! Friends work in construction business and they checked the house with a special black light!Everything is perfectly clean! This is the house i would like to rent in the future!
