The Nautical Room, perched on the second floor with windows peeking through the south face of the house, is always filled with sun, rain or shine. With serenity and sea in mind, our space was decorated and furnished to ensure our travelling guests have a peaceful sleep and a cozy room where they can feel relaxed and at home.
“Layla's place was a comfortable and welcoming stay. Quiet, clean, and convenient. Her niece welcomed me and was very well-mannered. The cats keep the place on guard and lively.”

“Great little studio in dead central king-west. Space is slightly better than what you'd expect at this price point. The condo gets lots of natural light and is in a stylish building - albeit the fixtures and furnishings are abit on the cheaper side, but honestly who cares - the bed is comfy (if you like soft beds) location is perfect and the bathroom shower is nice - what more do you want?”
