Holiday rentals with lake access in Alexandria

This was a great place to stay for a family who wants to have a great time. It was very accommodating and a spacious place to stay. As soon as we walked in we saw how clean and nice it was kept. Finally it had everything we needed for our everyday needs, including kitchen utensils, soap and towels.

Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

This house was the perfect place for a few days of peace and quiet! It was very clean and well decorated. I would recommend this to friends and family!

This place was beautifull! In a great, quiet and peaceful location. Would highly recommend and definitely come back for another stay! Lauren was super nice, responsive and clearly takes pride in hosting!

What an awesome spot! Really short drive to each A Bay and Clayton and just a short hop over the bridge to Wellesley Island. The home is super comfortable and clean and privately located directly on the water. Will stay again!

This unique house lives up to its name . Very quiet and peaceful place which even our furry family member loved, she had a lot of space to move around .

An absolute Gem. We’ll definitely be back. A beautiful lake house, quiet and comfortable, 10 min walk to a local Diner, restaurants, and bar. The host is so friendly and communicative, Overall a great experience.

Lisa and Heather really thought of everything at Ray’s Bay Cottage! The amenities are unmatched and the view is absolutely serene. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone for a peaceful getaway.

Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

We had such a great stay!! the flat is so cozy, you feel like you’re at a cottage in the country - but downtown is a quick and lovely walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Jan also graciously let us check out later than originally planned when we had a last minute schedule change. Thanks Jan!

The host gave very clear instructions for check-in and was very responsive across the whole process. The Airbnb was incredibly charming and clean, I felt comfortable in the suite, the bed itself is also very comfortable. It is also close to downtown Brockville with lots to eat and see, so you will have the chance to keep yourself busy! I absolutely loved staying here, and I think anyone else would too, I 100% recommend this Airbnb as somewhere to stay!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

As always, we enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable, and everything is clean.

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

We were extremely pleased with our stay and enjoyed being able to stay close to the lake and where we sailed. The apartment was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was within walking distance of the village and historic sites. We couldn't have booked a nicer place.

Fun place! Inside: big kitchen with plenty of utensils, great views, upper loft mega-space, big bathroom, games, Internet/TV (Netflix worked great). Very impressed with the bed comfort. Outside: great deck and dock, nice chairs and picnic table, good parking fit 2 vehicles, road noise & activity was VERY minimal despite our initial concern, 3 kayaks + canoe, easy boat access (shore or dock), still waters most of the time. There are only 3 life jackets. Kayaks are open top style, paddles are stiff (good thing). The islands are just a short distance away. They looked far at first, but I ended up exploring around at least 10 Island before heading back. A seasoned paddler could easily get into town. Winds can pick up later. Must be great fishing here- didn't try. Highly recommend this place for a great time on the river and easy access to nearby attractions. The heating/ cooling system looked awesome but we did not need it.

This is a fabulous cabin on the lake!! We ended up having our family of 4 plus a niece stay here during a family reunion in Kingston and this was wonderful! I like getting out of town, and this feels out in the woods, yet only a 20 minute drive to Kingston. The communication with Danielle and Jorden was immediate. The instructions to get to the cabin are clear. The cabin itself is very cozy and had everything we needed. It was very clean, the kitchen has all necessary appliances, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are great (but low pressure if something else, like the dishwasher, is running) The setting is in absolute paradise. The lake, the deck, the dock, the chairs, the fire pit, the hot tub... wow!Unfortunately for us, the weather was not great so we did not make good use of all the outdoor amenities. But even in the rain, it was so lovely to walk some of the nearby Cataraqui Trail. I will definitely try to make my way back to this Airbnb, hopefully in the warmer months.

was absolutely what is depicted in description and more! The newlyweds absolutely enjoyed spending their honeymoon here and would 10/10 recommend!! Rick was a fabulous host!

This is a perfect lakeside getaway! The house is comfortable, well-appointed and exactly as advertised. The landscaping and setup outside is top-tier. So many thoughtful touches inside and out. Checking in was a breeze and there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. And even better, checkout was as simple as walking out the door. No "escape room" style checklist to complete before you go. To top it all off, Alison is a pleasure to deal with. She's friendly, responsive, and all around proactive in ensuring you have a great stay. I highly recommend you book this place, you won't be disappointed.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. Sharon was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. It was a beautiful, relaxing location. Lots of birds and wildlife, fires by the lake at night. Overall, a great experience!

The property is beautiful. Luckily we were the only ones there, so had the land to ourselves. felt private and serene. I would not have enjoyed it as much if the other cabin had occupants as everything is close together. The cabin is cozy, furniture/appliances are a little wobbly but it adds to the charm and quiky of the place. it was bright and clean. the water is super murky right by the boathouse and launch, but clears as you head out. The stone "step" onto the porch of the cabin can be tricky with anyone with mobility limitations, so take it slow. There is an antique store maybe a 5 min walk that is a great little treasure trove. I found the cutest wind chimes. And loved chatting with the lady working. Most people we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Quick drive to Clayton and Watertown. There is a country store and a dollar general not very far from the cabin if you need supplies and firewood for sale galore. Wendy was a gracious host. Will be back!

Jean was wonderful from start to finish and made our anniversary weekend very special! We loved the views of the water: sitting on the swing , the fire pit enjoying the water, bird watching and more ! She was clear about instructions of places to visits and things to do while there! She also had great recommendations when asked for additional advice! The stay was very peaceful and we enjoyed it! The house was very cozy and had everything we needed ! We loved it and will look forward to visiting again!
