Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's quiet and quiet. Only nature and at a distance from the bathrobe there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close, and you can take care of yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. 3 km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Private patio with barbecue area is down by the jetty. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car or bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn to our island. The cottage is about 10 minutes walk from the jetty. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller or roller bags.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.

We loved our stay at Jan's cabin. The beautiful and extremely peaceful surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for and more. There was plenty to keep us occupied during our stay, with very generous use of the sauna and kayaks. Jan was extremely helpful with everything we asked, and also provided various options and thorough instructions for getting there and general use of the cabin and facilities. The journey there using Jan's rowing boat was as fun and memorable as the stay itself. We could not recommend it highly enough!

A relaxed place by the sea

It's a beautiful, elegant house with everything we needed, close to gorgeous places to walk and swim. Henrik kindly showed us round. There's a lovely cafe/restaurant a walkable distance away in Stavsnäs, past a good supermarket and great new paddle courts, and the village has an enchanting tucked-away sandy beach. The ferry dock to loads of islands is minutes away by car or a 40 minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay. Beach and excellent bakery at a few minutes walk. The environment was magical. We loved this place and the athmospere. We stayed at Stavnas but you can easily go to the other islands (ferry). Eva is very friendly and helpful when needed. Nothing was missing.

Oceanfront Escape with Sauna & Jacuzzi

We spent 5 days at this airbnb and had a great time. The view is awesome and with sauna and whirlpool it is just the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Be aware, that there are only 2 bedrooms in the main house. The 3rd bedroom is next to the garage, a little hut with no toilet (at night you gotta walk across the property to the main house) and no mosquito nets in front of the windows. Every guest only gets 1 towel, which was a little problematic when you are using shower, pool & sauna, but Sofia allowed us to take another towel out of the closet. Communication was not the fastest, but very friendly. All in all we would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

We had a very pleasant weekend in Per's stugan. We were three adults. We were very nicely welcomed by Per and his wife and got advice on what to do in the surroundings every time we asked. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We had good weather and make use of the terrace for eating our meals. The cabin was located beside the main residence with very nice views of the water and islands and with access to a small beach and water. I recommend it!

Fredrick's stuga's location allows you to discover the different facets of the archipelago and to be close to the pier for the islands, about 25 minutes away, on foot. Well-equipped stuga, washing machine, dryer, various TV channels and two small shaded terraces with barbecue.
