If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Walk to the Old Port from this quiet neighborhood in 15 minutes or head over to Washington Ave, for amazing food, distilleries and breweries!
